STITCHED TOGETHER

Short documentary film, 2021.

In a small town outside Melbourne, Sally leads a community of unlikely activists that fight climate change with their sewing machines – making reusable bags out of recycled fabrics.

    — Celeste Geer, Walkley and AACTA Award winning filmmaker

  • “The film’s treatment is a successful exercise in observatory filmmaking. It’s a very affirmative and affirming story.”

    — John Hughes, award-winning writer, producer, and director

  • "After the devastation of the 2019-20 bushfires, Ms McArthur-Dowty wanted to feature a positive story of environmental activism."
